What about my order?
All current orders will of course be fully processed and followed up as agreed at the time of purchase. Processing and delivery will continue via our warehouse, ensuring that everything is handled correctly and with due care.
What about warranty after the store closes?
Both the statutory warranty and the manufacturer’s warranty remain valid after the store closes.
For service or warranty claims, you can contact the brand directly. The contact details and warranty procedure can always be found on the brand’s official website.
What about gift vouchers?
Nordic House gift vouchers can still be redeemed until the end of December. After this date, they can no longer be used.
